Ruling 979 — Prayer (Ṣalāh)
Based on obligatory precaution, in ṣubḥ, maghrib, and ʿishāʾ prayers, a man must be careful that he recites all the words of Sūrat al-Ḥamd and the other surah aloud, even their last letters.
