Ruling 993 — Prayer (Ṣalāh)
Based on obligatory precaution, it is obligatory for men and women to recite Sūrat al-Ḥamd and to say al‑tasbīḥāt al‑arbaʿah in a whisper in the third and fourth rakʿahs of the prayer.
