Ruling 1473 — Prayer (Ṣalāh)

When a phenomenon occurs for which ṣalāt al‑āyāt is obligatory, only the people of the area in which the phenomenon occurred must perform ṣalāt al‑āyāt. It is not obligatory for people in other areas.
