Ruling 149 — Purification (Ṭahārah)

An impure utensil can be washed with qalīl water in two ways: 1. by filling it three times with water and emptying it out each time; 2. by pouring some water in it three times and each time swirling the water around in a manner that it reaches all the impure parts and then emptying it out.
