Ruling 269 — Purification (Ṭahārah)

Performing wuḍūʾ with water belonging to hostels, hotels, shopping arcades, motorway restaurants, and similar places is valid only if people who do not reside there usually perform wuḍūʾ with water belonging to that place and no one prohibits them from doing so.
