Ruling 323 — Purification (Ṭahārah)

If on one of the parts of the body on which wuḍūʾ is performed there is a wound, boil, or broken bone, in the event that it is uncovered and water is not harmful for the person, he must perform wuḍūʾ in the normal manner.
