Ruling 43 — Purification (Ṭahārah)

If an impurity falls into a well and changes the water’s smell, colour, or taste, in the event that the change in the water disappears, it becomes pure. However, based on obligatory precaution, the water becoming pure is conditional on it mixing with the water that gushes from the well.
