Ruling 1195 — Prayer (Ṣalāh)

If someone’s doubt is allayed and another doubt arises – for example, he first doubts whether he has performed two rakʿahs or three rakʿahs, and then he doubts whether he has performed three rakʿahs or four rakʿahs – he must act according to the instructions concerning the second doubt.
