Ruling 1446 — Prayer (Ṣalāh)
Based on obligatory precaution, in the first and second rakʿah of ẓuhr and ʿaṣr prayers, a follower must not recite Sūrat al-Ḥamd and the other surah, and it is recommended that he say dhikr instead.
