Ruling 1490 — Prayer (Ṣalāh)

It is recommended that one say takbīr before and after rukūʿ, but saying takbīr after the fifth and the tenth rukūʿ is not recommended; instead, it is recommended that one say ‘samiʿal lāhu liman ḥamidah’.
